Volume pricing starts at 10 pallets. Net terms are available on established accounts. There is no hard minimum for a first order, and we would rather run one small job well and earn the account than quote you a threshold.
Sod is cut to order, so we need the phase dates before the cut, usually the Wednesday of that week. Give us the lot list and the grade dates and we confirm variety, pallets per phase, and drop windows in writing.
If our crew installed it and the site was watered on the schedule we leave with you, we come back and replace the sections that did not root within 30 days. On delivery-only drops the sod is guaranteed fresh and healthy on arrival, and after that watering decides it.
