Warranty

We stand behind it.
Here’s what that means.

Fresh-on-arrival coverage, what it covers, and how to report a delivery issue.

Fresh on arrival

Sod is cut to order and normally arrives 24 to 48 hours from the cut, weather permitting. If a pallet arrives yellowed, dried out, or damaged, send photos to Rolly’s line or hello@sodfriend.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess the arrival condition and discuss the next steps.

This covers the sod as delivered. It does not cover sod that sat on the pallet more than 24 hours after delivery in warm weather; we’ll tell you the clock is running when we drop it.

Before installation

We recommend installing sod only where irrigation is close at hand and available for use.

What it doesn’t cover

Delivery-only orders after the first 24 hours, since we can’t see how it was laid or watered.

Sod that dried out from missed watering, was mowed before it rooted, or was hit with pre-emergent or weed-and-feed in the first month.

Damage from pets, foot traffic, vehicles, standing water, or drainage problems we flagged before install.

Dormant color in winter. Tan is not dead.

The Rolly offer

Order through Rolly, in chat or on the phone, and you get a free irrigation check on install day plus a maintenance credit worth up to 10% of your sod subtotal, applied to installation or a follow-up maintenance visit. It’s a credit, not cash, and it doesn’t combine with other discounts.
