Plan your
Crowley project.
The lawn area, access, preparation, and water provider help define your project before a delivery date is set.
Plan the Crowley water variance first
Crowley's Water Schedule page says a variance is required for newly installed sod, seed, or hydromulch. It also publishes assigned twice-weekly irrigation days and a 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. sprinkler restriction. Ask Utility Customer Service how to obtain the applicable variance before confirming a project date. We recommend installing sod where irrigation is close at hand and available for use.

Replacing part of a Crowley yard
Start with the area you actually want to replace. Measure front, back, and side sections separately, and mark anything you intend to keep. If one section repeatedly thins out, send photos that show nearby shade and the condition of the soil. Include removal and preparation in the request rather than assuming a pallet drop covers that work.
A Crowley address and a clear delivery plan
Send the full street address along with your lawn measurement. Tell us where pallets could be placed and whether a gate or other access limit affects the installation area. If your property receives water from a provider other than Crowley, confirm its requirements directly. For builders and property teams, include grass specifications, quantities, and proposed phases with the request.
