Plan your
Benbrook project.
The lawn area, access, preparation, and water provider help define your project before a delivery date is set.
Benbrook delivery: measure the planting area
We quote delivery to the project address rather than a generic Fort Worth location. Include the lawn area, grass choice if known, and a photo of the place where pallets could be set. Tell us about a sloping driveway, narrow approach, or access restriction so it can be considered in the delivery plan. A material pallet price is not the complete delivered price.
Replacing a shaded or uneven lawn
If the lawn has failed below a tree or beside the house, show that section and the surrounding healthy grass. Ask for removal and preparation in the estimate if they are needed. Record the light reaching the affected area before choosing a replacement variety; buying a different grass without checking the site can leave the original problem unresolved.
Check Benbrook water guidance
Benbrook Water Authority publishes its own water-supply and drought-stage notices. Its August 2026 notice describes a voluntary Stage 1 Water Watch. Check for newer notices and confirm any new-landscape requirements directly with the provider on your bill before scheduling. Do not assume a Fort Worth watering schedule applies to your account. We recommend installing sod where irrigation is close at hand and available for use.
