Questions folks have.

Straight answers before you spend a dollar. The long version lives on the FAQ page, and Rolly knows all of it any hour.

How much will installation add?

Installed pricing covers the sod plus laying, rolling, and the first watering. Typical DFW ranges are about $0.95-1.40 per sq ft for Bermuda, $0.95-1.50 for St. Augustine, and $1.15-1.55 for Zoysia. A pallet on the driveway is cheaper per square foot because you supply the labor: Bermuda works out around $0.60 a sq ft delivered. Prep (removing old turf, grading, topsoil) is quoted separately if needed.

What if it doesn't take?

If our crew installed it and you followed the watering schedule, we come back and make it right. Delivery-only orders are fresh-cut and healthy on arrival; after that, watering decides everything.

How do I water new sod?

Soak it right after install. Water daily for the first 7 to 10 days, every other day the second week, then move to a normal schedule. Mow for the first time after 2 to 3 weeks, once the sod resists a gentle tug.

Can I install it myself?

Yes. Many people do a few pallets themselves. We deliver, and Rolly or the care guide walks you through prep, laying, rolling, and watering. Past four or five pallets, most people are glad they let the crew do it.
