What goes wrong,

Check pallet condition, grass variety, delivery communication, handling, and soil thickness before you order. Here is what to look for and how we handle each part of the job.
What goes wrong
The whole pallet, not the top two rows
Check beneath the top layer for thin, dry, or damaged pieces before laying the sod. A good-looking top row does not tell you the condition of the whole pallet.
What we do. We look at pallets top to bottom, not just the layer you can see. If sod lands yellowed, dried out, or damaged, send photos within 24 hours so we can assess the arrival condition and discuss the next steps.
What goes wrong
The grass you ordered, in every piece
Orders arrive with crabgrass, weeds, or a different species mixed in. Nobody notices until it grows in patchy months later, long after the install was paid for.
What we do. We check what is on the pallet against what is on your order before it goes on the truck. If a variety is not available the week you want it, you hear that before you pay, not after it lands in the driveway.

We show up, and you hear from us first
Confirm the delivery window and who will contact you if it changes. A delayed load can leave an installation crew waiting and disrupt the project schedule.
What we do. You get a confirmation on delivery day itself, not just when you book. If weather or the farm moves your load, you hear it from us before you are stood up.

Handled like it is alive
Straps cranked too tight and rough forklift work crush the top layer. Damaged pieces get loaded anyway to make the count come out right.
What we do. Straps snug, not crushing. Sod damaged in handling does not go on your pallet and does not get counted toward your order.

A lawn that sits flush
Pieces cut at different soil thicknesses in the same order leave a lumpy finished lawn no matter how carefully it was laid, and topdressing it flat is a job for the following year.
What we do. We check thickness across the load. When our crew installs, the bed is graded first so the seams sit flush instead of showing as ridges all season.

No hoops to jump through.
Measure without a tape measure. Draw your yard on a satellite map and the tool returns the square footage and the pallet count. No appointment, no one walking your property.
A straight number, not a range. Tell us the yard and you get the grass, the pallet count, and the price. Prices for every variety are published on the site so you can check the math.
One number for the whole job. The same line handles the quote, the delivery window, and the question you have three weeks later when a corner looks off. Text a photo and you get an answer.
Before you order.
What does a pallet cost and what is included?
Pallet prices are listed per variety on the sod pages and cover 450 sq ft of fresh-cut sod. Delivery runs $95 to $250, depending on your address and fuel. Installation starts at $850 a pallet and is quoted once we see the yard details.
How much will installation add?
Installed pricing starts at $850 a pallet and goes up with the grass you pick and how much prep the yard needs, and it covers the sod, laying, and rolling along with that prep. Watering stays on your irrigation, and we give you the schedule to follow. A pallet dropped on the driveway costs less because you supply the labor, and the per-pallet price for every variety is published on the sod page.
Do I really need lawn prep or topsoil?
If the yard is compacted clay, new-construction fill, or has old turf and weeds, yes. Sod on prepped soil roots in 10 to 14 days; sod on hard clay can take a month and lose strips.
How much sod should I order?
Measure only the area you want grass on, subtract beds, driveway, and patio, divide by 450, and add 5% for trimming. The satellite tool at /measure does this in two minutes.
How far ahead do I need to order?
Sod is cut to order. Order by Wednesday for the weekend. Delivery normally lands 24 to 48 hours from the cut, weather permitting; installs are usually scheduled within the week.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. Many people do a few pallets themselves. We deliver, and Rolly or the care guide walks you through prep, laying, rolling, and watering. Past four or five pallets, most people are glad they let the crew do it.
What should I check before installation?
We recommend installing sod only where irrigation is close at hand and available for use.
How do I pay?
No card numbers over chat or phone. After you request an order, our team confirms the details and sends a secure pay link or invoice.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, up until the sod is cut for your order, usually Wednesday of that week. After it is cut, it is yours; we can hold delivery a day in cool weather.
Will it work with my HOA?
All three families are standard North Texas turf and meet typical HOA requirements. If your HOA specifies a variety, tell us and we will match it.
